I. Research, Valuation & Advisory

II. Cost Consulting & Project Management

  • Focuses primarily on cost analysis, development feasibility studies, monitoring development costs and reporting to owners and lenders on capital expenditures compared to budgets

  • Provides construction management, design management, programming, technical due diligences, risk management and procurement strategies.

III. Realty Tax Consulting

  • Tracks and verifies assessment data, negotiates and conducts assessment appeals, and analyzes and advises clients on property taxes re-chargeable to tenants
  • Employs a customized database that accommodates differences in local tax regimes, and assesses property tax impacts at the individual property or portfolio level

IV. Geomatics

  • Provides geomatic solutions including global positioning technologies, geographic information systems, digital mapping and remote sensing, 3D laser scanning and complete mapping services.
  • Pre-planning services for pipeline projects and drilling programs.
